Product will meet W. R. Grace & Co. —Conn's published specifications at the time of shipment and be free of manufacturing defects. Grace at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the contents of this package, if found defective in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not include installation, applicator or contractor errors. Follow instructions carefully and do not surpass product restrictions. Grace assumes no responsibility for any damages to tile or any other materials that may occur in the process of using the product. All other remedies and liabilities including without limitation, liability for consequential damages and all other warranties including without limitation, the implied warranty of merchantability are excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety. They will be limited to the duration of the applicable writte warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. You statutory rights are not affected.
